OBSERVATIONS OF FLUTATING ELCTiPDGETIC

چکیده
Measurements are presented of fluctuating millimeter-wave radiation from the Alcator Tokamaks. Its characteristics are 1) rapid modulation, approaching 100% with rise time 3-4 ps 2) very narrow line width < 5 GHz at the plasma frequency 3) extremely large intensity, up to 200 time thermal. These characteristics distinguish this radiation from the steady cpe emission previously documented and are interpreted as indicating nonlinear conversion of electrostatic oscillations as its origin. * Submitted to the Physics of Fluids

Multi-Observations Initial Orbit Determination based on Angle-Only Measurements
A new approach with the ability to use the multiple observations based on the least square approach has been proposed for initial orbit determination. This approach considers the Earth’s Oblateness by using the developed Lagrange coefficients. The efficiency of the proposed method has been tested in two scenarios. The first scenario is to use the simulated and the second one is to utilize the r...
متن کاملTidal prediction using time series analysis of Buoy observations
Although tidal observations which are extracted from coastal tide gages, have higher accuracy due to their higher sampling rate, installing these types of gages can impose some spatial limitation since we cannot use every part of sea to install them. To solve this limitation, we can employ satellite altimetry observations. However, satellite altimetry observations have lower sampling rate. Acco...
